We wish to share with you who makes your food & why we should understand the value of good quality nutrition. Good things take time. Good things are worth waiting for. Our cheeses are made with the season in mind.

Farming is seasonal and so is cheese. The fat and protein levels change in milk because of many things. It could be the cows lactation( the time of year sinced she has had her calf), her diet and even the weather can have a big impact on what she produces. So to create cheese it brings all these different things together to produce the most incredible thing so we can simply enjoy the beautiful flavours of what cows are eating.
