Do you ship interstate?

Yes we certainly do. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days to arrive.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our main carrier is Australia Post along with local courier partners.

Can I return my product?

As the items are perishable normal return shipping rules cant apply. So please contact us first (see details in the Contact Us tab on the website) with any concerns about the item received so that we can do our best to help. We always aim for make sure our customers love the quality of our products.

Can I sign up to your newsletter?

Yes! If you scroll to the bottom of any page on our website you will see a section to enter your email address to receive the newsletter.

Alternatively you can setup an account with us to also receive the newsletter. An account can be set up at the time of purchasing an item, or by alternatively clicking on 'Create Account' in the menu on any mobile device, or clicking on the icon of a person in the top right hand corner of your laptop/tablet screen.

How do I get information about Wholesale pricing?

Please click on the Wholesale tab. You will need to complete the wholesale account application form. Once a wholesale account has been approved you will be emailed wholesale login details. We look forward to hearing from you!

Do you use a distributor ? 

We love to have a direct relationship with our customers. So we supply direct from our farm to you across Australia.
