Our Organic Cows are feed on luscious green grass mixed with herbs and allowed to graze naturally on our pastures. This creates an incredible flavour profile for our aged and vintage Cheddar. Our cheese is made by handcrafting the milk using traditional methods and wrapping the cheddar in cloth and matured for over one year. The cheese is hand turned and given the tending of whipping and maturing on locally grown timber.
We can state with confidence that we have NO antibiotics, synthetic hormones, toxic pesticides, or Genetically Modified items added to our milk or our cows, in any of our certified organic products. You are experiencing cheese as it should be and all our cheeses are made exclusively for Red Cow Organics.
